Constant Contact, I paid for a Constant Contact a year ago and used it once, and see that you billed my credit card 5 hours ago for another full year, I never authorized you to do that. Now when I try to get a hold of you are saying you are not open on Thanksgiving, yet you billed my credit card on Thanksgiving. Please reverse that charge.
