We are a congregation with many elderly members. Sometimes they "unsubscribe" accidentally. When someone calls to complain that they have not been receiving notices about services, I will send them a resubscribe letter. But sometimes they do not understand that they need to respond to this email, and simply delete it -- or they leave it for later, and then they cannot find it. These are elderly people who do not find it easy to use email under the best of circumstances! I have received three calls this year from members who want me to send them another resubscribe letter -- but Constant Contact will not let me send it again. What can I do to help them resubscribe?
