400 Bad Request when getting access token

I am facing the 400 Bad Request when getting access token. Please help me for the below issue.

 

Also, I have whitelisted the below IP Address on my Cloudflare Account but still showing the below error.

  • 208.75.123.0/24
  • 205.207.106.0/24
