Adding a sign up page to the newsletter

I want the ability to allow people to sign up for the newsletter from the newsletter if it has been forwarded and to be able to collect the contacts in my account.

Hi @AllisonW2672 have you tried including the link to a lead generation landing page sign-up form? These forms do have a shareable URL available that can easily be inserted into your email.
