Click Funnels Integration

I am new to constant contact and have tried integrating my click funnels account with constant contact and it does not work. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve it?

I submit the form and when I check constant contact there is no contact information.

You have integrated constant contact in your account, yes?    You have added the constant contact integration inside your funnel, yes?  You need both.
