DEV Site Login Issue

Howdy, One of my authorized users has been having issues loging into the DEV site. We changed his username for logging in (we have multiple accounts). And now when he tries to get in to the Application Page, it goes straight to an error page. Any way to easily fix this on my end?

We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We have identified an issue in which most V3 API requests are resulting in 500 error responses, and the “My Applications” page of the V3 API Developer portal is currently inaccessible. We have notified our engineering team who is currently working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We will update a post about the issue on our community forum, as well as Constant Contact’s status page as we know more. I’m linking both pages below.
