Erros while creating an email campaign

Why I'm getting below errors while creating a campaign,

I don't want to show footer in the mailer

Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact's API Support.

It is a Federal requirement to display the footer information and part of that information requires a physical address. This is part of the Federal CAN-SPAM ACT.
