Landing page

I've created a Sign-up landing page, and a "Thank you" page but Mal-ware bytes thinks this is phishing because of a.rs6.net   I'm concerned this tracker is going to affect my open rate.  Is there anything that can be done about this?

You'll want to add the links to your security program's trusted sites. For Compliance reasons, the rs6 and similar links have to be maintained. Ideally most security programs will already trust our links to let your and your contacts through. For the times that isn't the case, you'll need to add these links to the security program in question.
