Beginning from roughly 11:30am EST today (December 7th, 2021), requests to our V3 API may result in a 504 Gateway Timeout response.
We are investigating the cause and will update this post as we know more.

We've determined that this issue is related to a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage, affecting several components of the Constant Contact suite. The outage is not specific to Constant Contact, but we are monitoring the situation and will update this thread, as well as our Status Page, as we know more.

The AWS outage which was affecting our V3 API service has been resolved. The impaired AWS service began to recover around 8:45 PM ET Dec. 7th.
