Beginning from roughly 12:55 PM ET today (Jan. 24th, 2024), we experienced an intermittent issue which caused some requests made via our V3 API to result in a '500 Internal Server Error' response. As of approximately 2:40 PM ET, this issue has been resolved; our V3 API is available and operating normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and thank you for your patience while service was restored.
Are those issues continuing today, 11:00 AM 1/25/24? I'm still having problems.
