Anyone know the SLA for the webservices support team to reply?
We've had issues since Wednesday, but not heard anything back.
The general CC live chat said they'd expedited our query and we should hear back soon - but I'm getting chased by my client for updates.
Also the link to sign up for API updates by email goes to a page saying:
"This is in PREVIEW mode. No information will be sent."
Is there anywhere they actually document upcoming / recent changes and issues?

Mine took a few days... I had to email to jumpstart the forum response...I think they might be a bit understaffed on the non" I'm just sending an email" support side...
