Ability to edit each option on the "Numeric Scale" question

This survey update has been extremely frustrating. A net promoter score measures customer experience and predicts business growth. This proven metric transformed the business world and now provides the core measurement for customer experience management programs the world round. This score must be calculated on a 0 - 10 scale. Your new numerical scale no longer gives the option at starting at 0 which is a huge problem for accurately calculating that score. Many of your features that made your system useful have been taken away. Please fix them!

When will you change the numeric scale to go from 0 to 10?  This is the Net Promoter Score standard and is widely used & much needed in this new survey experience.  Very frustrating!

I agree, this is a standard measurement across many industries and needs to be implemented ASAP.  doesn't seem like it should be a complex fix to add the zero to the rating system.

This is really important. We are in the process of conducting our annual sales survey and we need the ability to have a 0-10 scale inorder to properly calculate a NPS score.
