Increase automation limit from 31 steps

It would be so much easier and less disruptive in the email sequence if we had the capability to ADD emails to the already automated existing series. I would like to have the series be 52 emails in length which gives me once a week for a year. It would also be convenient to be able to move emails up or down in the series to accomplish an improved sequence. Please consider adding these ideas as it would certainly make it more convenient for me Alice Gunderson

Hi @AliceG503. Thank you for the feedback. I can see how this would be useful for accounts that want to send out a year-long series of emails.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

As a workaround, you can create two separate series. The first series would have the maximum of 31 steps and start sending at day one and the other would be set to send 32 days after a contact is added to a list with 21 steps. In total, this would cover the 52 steps needed.

Hello,

I would love to have the upper limit of 31 emails in an automated campaign removed. It should be unlimited. There is no way to create a course that is ongoing with an upper limit of 31 emails. I don't want to leave constant contact but I will be forced to if that upper limit remains.

I just found out that I can only create an automation with 30 steps (INCLUDING time delays). Also, to know how many total I have, I have to manually scroll and count the steps. It'd be nice to have a step count displaying in the edit window!

So
a) FIX the 30 step limit thing...you're Constant Contact...you should be the KING of automated email!
b) Give us step #s for how many steps we've used? Otherwise, how do we know when we stop?
