You give us a 60 step limit on automations. We see that the automations are enormously unreliable. The editing process (SOME aspect of it...no one seems to know) appears to be at the heart of this. I just found out that I can only create an automation with 30 steps (INCLUDING time delays). Also, to know how many total I have, I have to manually scroll and count the steps. It'd be nice to have a step count displaying in the edit window! So a) FIX the 30 step limit thing...you're Constant Contact...you should be the KING of automated email! b) Give us step #s for how many steps we've used? Currently, if one edits the sequence, it stalls it. This combined with the fact that you can't add someone to the same list twice means...it's dead in the water. This is short-sighted and a HUGE glitch in your workflow. PLEASE FIX IT! ... View more
