Please give us the option to change the default time of day that emails are scheduled. It would save some clicks as we send out an email most school days to a group of donors -- all at 7 am.
It would be great if you could have an email time default setting per account. For example, if our client usually wants emails sent at 7am PT it would be nice to be able to set a default setting to that time rather than the "an hour from now" default. We never use that. Thanks
Thank you for the feedback. Currently, email scheduling defaults to one hour ahead of your account's current time zone, rounded up to the nearest 5 minute increment. For example, if it's currently 12 PM Eastern Time for your account, scheduling an email would default to 1 PM ET until manually set to something else.
Is this something you'd want as an overall account setting to affect both emails and social posts, or just emails? For example, something you'd set as a default in your Organization Details or Regional Settings?
Or would you prefer the email scheduling default be based off the last email sent's schedule time? Or based off the original schedule time of the sent email it was copied from?
At this time, the functionality to select a default email send time is not on our roadmap. If we hear any updates or plans to review the request, we will share them here.
