Folks, I believe it would be good to be able to download a complete list of all the IP addresses, dates, and times for the unique visits to my landing pages. Indeed, being able to download ALL the visits to the landing page will allow me to see who is visiting the page and how often.

I was never informed that the initial price I was quoted would go up by almost 3x's the amount if I uploaded "too" many contacts. I was told that I would pay $45.00 per month. I am a non-profit with limited funds and do not at all appreciate what you have done or your business practices. I'm sure you do not care however, what you have done is shameful at best. I wonder how many other organizations you are doing this to. Shame ding ding ding Shame!!!

It would be nice if we could view the ticket type at a glance when clicking on "view/manage registrants". As it is right now we have to open each order to see what type of order it is. Also, it would be great if we could print up a guest contact list Thanks!

I wasted far too much time working on emails in my automated series because I wasn't able to edit them. Now the rep I chatted with told me to recreate my emails outside of the automated series and add them later. If the first rep I spoke to earlier had said that, time saved.

I see several templates focusing on "holidays" vie not heard of yet none for 4th of July? When my company first stopped using client keepers and switched to Cnstant contact I felt there were so many "pre-made templates it was a breeze to modify them but lately this is NOT the case. There's too much focus on new "causes" and not enough equally offered options for holidays and such.

This is very very hard to use and get reports from versus the legacy version. I would strongly recommend changes. I am not usually one to provide feedback, but I will not be using CC for surveys if it continues to be this challenging to navigate.

It would be tremendously helpful for tracking purposes if we could download a csv of the unsubscribes from a specific campaign, rather than having to go into each individual contact to see which campaign they unsubscribed from. A feature that is available in most other platforms.
