I would love to see a "waitlist" option that will either automate an email invite if a registrant cancels or more spots open up; or, at the very least, allow our agency to maintain an online waitlist in the event with the option to invite individuals to the event. Is that option going to be explored or integrated in the future?

1) Custom fields list when adding to a landing page is not in alpha order. 2) Not able to change or choose the order of custom or contact fields as they appear on the landing page, either by alpha, randomly, or by required or not required. I can't find any information in Help about if this is possible and, if so, how to do it. These changes would make the page a little more flexible for us and easier for the recipients' to understand and use. As it is, it's frustrating. Thank you.

Why Constant Contact chose to release a function that is this underdeveloped is quite confusing.
There is no way to change the size of the font of the poll content. Why?
Every time a recipient clicks on a poll box, a seperate pop up window shows up "thanking them". What is the purpose of this? Why can't the recipient simply just click the poll button and leave it at that? This makes it nearly impossible to have multi-question polls.
There is also no way to ask open ended questions as part of the poll.
This feature never should have been released without proper development.

Where one of these is available as a filter or condition, they should all be available. For example, why can't I send an email to contacts based on tags or fields? Why can't I filter dynamic content based on lists, segments, or tags? Every conditional piece of data on my contacts has had to be replicated as a different 'group' as a list, segment, tag, and custom field so I can work around the limitations on the software.

I just wanted to share that the Recent Emails Page is much more annoying than an assist.. when it goes there by default instead of to ALL Emails.. We typically have several email campaigns being prepared in advance and I ALWAYS have go to the View All Emails.. is there any way to make this the default? or do away with that screen altogether?

We would like to use the permission reminder but find this wording uncomfortable, " You may unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive our emails." This suggests the reader needs permission to stop receiving our emails. That's an invitation to spam us. Can you replace the word, "may" or reword the sentence to say, "Please use the unsubscribe link if you no longer wish to receive our emails."

It would be great to see which events each contact has registered for in their contact details page so the information is collectively in one place. When dealing with a particular contact it's helpful to be able to check what they're engaging with before speaking with them instead of having to go into each event and look for their name on the registration list.

I can see the segment of "least engaged," but it would be extremely helpful to see the last time any of these contacts opened an email or to know if they've never opened an email.

The new format is great from the perspective of the respondants, especially when viewing/interacting in mobile. But the results are harder to analyze, compared to the legacy version of surveys. The legacy survey was great because I could see results individually, as each persons complete survey form, independent from the other respondants. I can't find where to erase past completed surveys in the new format, to not confuse the NEW submissions from the OLD submissions.

The new tool to create landing pages, it's cool but it should have the capability to name or rename fields according to the company's needs. Pre-determine fields are restricted and they don't adapt to the requested data. Please add editable fields.

When I have 400 files and I want to delete some of these, I appear to need to click through many many screens to get anywhere. This is just one problem in the user experience that desperately needs changing. A list of 100 would be more acceptable.

Should really have a column of which list it dropped off of, so that we can track this. We have 4 different organizations that we do blasts and events for . . . unsubscribe does nothing for me, if I don't know the list it came from - especially if you're working with a large volume and lots of lists.

The Update Profile Email is too limited in editing options. Please allow us to adjust the witdh of the header image so that it can be as wide as the body text. I would also like to eliminate all that white space between the header image and the "Greeting" that remains after changing the "Title" and "Border" color to white (only way to get rid of them). The current design is severely outdated and I hesitate to let my customers see it as I don't believe it shows my company in a good light. Using this email is the only way that Contacts can add or leave your Lists as they prefer, without you having to do it. Thank you

The new site is incredibly cumbersome. I need you guys to bring back the ability to email non-responders for events. The non-click option is not the same.
Also, I need to drop the whole ticketing portion. We are not selling anything but we need to track the number of registrants and they need the ability to add a guest with registration information.
We are now looking at different platforms for marketing. That is how frustrating the changes have become.
