I just spent a half hour of my life with Chat because I can no longer add / change a border color to an email. I used to be able to but not now. Someone broke it. The developers continue to twiddle with unimportant titivations that most of us don't care about but don't change the features we request over and over again. I am so tired of getting onto CC only to find yet another unwanted change has occurred. I learned early in my years that "Deeds Not Words" is a powerful thing to remember. I am so tired of empty apologies from CC and other companies who tell us "you are very important to us" and "is there anything else I can help you with" and "we apologise for the experience you had with creating emails in your account". What rubbish. It's supposed to mollify us but instead we leave and do our best to find another option. So tired of expensive, ineffective and unfriendly CC.

Regarding the sort and making it easier to delete old files in the Library, I notice that the original date on this question is 2018 and yet it is a feature that has yet been implemented! CC makes all sorts of tweaks and changes that are not of benefit to your Subscribers, whereas there are requests such as this that have been submitted for years and we are still waiting. PLEASE bring this to the top of the stack!

In the old editor I could adjust the amount of space around images, text blocks etc. Now there is little to no adjustment available to me and it's very frustrating. Images can only be a certain size, text takes up more space than necessary using the fonts and sizes of my choice. This is an issue I discussed over a year ago with a customer service rep. It must surely be an issue many of us find frustrating. Will it ever improve???

It would be really, really great if in addition to having the option to Delete bounced emails in the drop-down under Actions in the Reporting screen, we could also choose to Unsubscribe them so they will never be inadvertently added back in.

This subject was raised last year and closed. The only response was to add padding around images. Actually I would like the ability to remove or adjust the size of the padding. I miss this feature from the earlier html editor.

When I have 400 files and I want to delete some of these, I appear to need to click through many many screens to get anywhere. This is just one problem in the user experience that desperately needs changing. A list of 100 would be more acceptable.
