Every time I remove one or more contacts from a list, I have to go out of the contacts and to campaigns (or something else to refresh the screen) before I am able to remove more contacts. This same things happens when adding contacts also. Must go out of contacts and back in. This wastes a lot of time.

We sent a survey out yesterday and are getting back plenty of good results. Our huge disappointment is that the exported results are not in a user-friendly format. We need to print the text comments in order to respond. First, you don't give the person's name--only email. Our POS system looks up customers by NAME. Second, your spreadsheet is so HUGE that it will not print the full line of comments without cutting them off. Or else it tries to print hundreds of pages of cut off comments with no way to reference them. If this is your business, we suggest you made HUGE modifications and upgrades to your survey program. For what we pay per month this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Who there can help us format these text comments into a user friendly PRINTABLE format???

If you want to use a logo different from teh one automatically found and attempt to insert the new one, you cannot just go back to the insertion process if the result is not correct ... you have to start all over again. Crazy

I am currently switching over to the new Gen3 template for 52 separate accounts in my business partner console. I need the functionality that allows me to either code in a subject line for an email, or enter it in a drop down function (as in, the "advanced" drop down of the Gen2 templates). Offer simple "Contact Us" forms that also have a "subscribe to our newsletter" checkbox that automatically subscribes the person to our email list -- and then sends the form details to us via email. That would be SO helpful!
