The ability to set coupon campaigns up and to edit them needs improvement, especially the ability to edit the emails sent to the customer.

Dear tony i need a feature where campaign creator can only see their campaigns and they can send emails, create their own contacts and manage them and send campaigns, watch bounces and adjust the list. all of these functions to be compartmentalised per individual. at the moment campaign creator can see all campaigns and again cannot see the contacts. so i would like to provide the delegation in such a way that 4 campaign managers can handle their own respective campaign areas without the need to see others campaigns and contacts and list. I hope its possible very shortly because i am looking at this seriously....

I am absolutely outraged by your recent automation setup changes. You should DEFINITELY be able to duplicate an entire auto series. Business create more than one automation series for different reasons and like to lift previous email templates and formats without having to recreate. Worst case, you should DEFINITELY be able to duplicate emails from a previous auto series not limited to only the most recent campaigns. I have auto series set up from months ago and I'm always creating new auto series. I should be able to go back through all of my previous campaigns to duplicate emails like I used to be able to.

I've been seeing the same old photos for years. Perhaps you could ask your customers to submit photos. We'd all feel more a part of your team if we saw ourselves once in a while. I've been a client for years. I'm tired of seeing that old farmer and his 'since 2011'?

I wish I could add an additional attendee un the edit registration details. Being able to do so would be tremendous!!!!!! I now have to delete and re create the registration info. So that I don't have 2 entries for the same school only because they want to add another participant

You continually raise your rates and your system doesn't work the way that it should. I created a campaign with two different emails and set one email to exclude people with a certain tag and one email to only go to people with a certain tag. Your system, when the second email is created, changes the settings of the first scheduled email to match the second, and for the third time, I sent two emails to the same group of people. This makes me as a business look stupid and ruins my campaign. It was your system's fault. What's worse? You're charging me more money for a system that doesn't work. I will be looking to change to a different provider in the future. This is unacceptable.

When I am at the top of my copy block, I can easily see the floating menu that has fonts, sizes, indentation, hyperlink icons, etc. But when I work deeper into the copy block, that floating menu stays at the top so that I have to scroll up to access the menu. Please make that floating menu float down deep into the copy block so that I don't have to scroll up to find it. Thank you.

Sometimes it is there. Sometimes not. Your Answer-Woman on CHAT said "it appears at random on the tool bar." I think it is such a good idea that it should ALWAYS appear there so we poor ignorant customers don't have to be looking around for it -- and don't have to just wander off when we don't find it. This is not MY idea, but YOURS. I just think it is such a good idea it should be there immediately after we punch in a future date and time to publish our campaigns. AND I think it is a great idea that you allow us to gripe and moan at you like this.
