Please make an option whether to hide or show the already filed emails, social, etc. once the user files them. This declutters the main list view.

Hi! We've been using Constant Contact for a while now and have enjoyed it. One of the only things that seems to be missing is the fact that there is no way to print a report for an email. I have to take snapshots of the different sections and the paste them into a Word document to make them look decent. I have to print a report out each time we send an email for our agents and we have 9 agents on our team, so you can imagine what a pain it is to try and do snapshots and paste them for nine agents. Am I missing how to do this? Is this function something that would be coming in the future? Jessica

Our client list changes constantly with those that pass and new ones that get added. It would be ideal to have an option to replace a list instead of deleting and recreating each time.

When the registration list is downloaded, it has the registration date and time. The time format is Hr:Min:Sec AM/PM. When used in a spreadsheet and sorted, it can end up being incorrect because 02:00:00 PM will sort before 03:00:00 AM. If a 24 hour format was used, those times would be 14:00:00 and 03:00:00 and would then sort correctly.

I definitely do not like the changes to the social media sharing. It is disconnected from the email scheduling screen. Having to go to two different screens to set up the email delivery and social post is too time consuming!! In addition, it now shows up as two different posts on my campaign page which only gives me more to filter through when searching for a campaign!

Good morning CC! I noticed each time I'm going to log into your platform that I have to search for the login because the Sign Up is so powerfully overwhelming from the other links. Therefore... I have a cosmetic suggestion to improve a bit the user experience on the site. It's the "log in" link. I think that having it the same color as the button's background would make it more relevant to its function compared to the other links on the menu. Okay, I'm asking you to help stop me from making mistakes, but I'm bet I'm not the only one. Twice in the past few months I have sent out emails in the PM rather than AM, and I wish there was a way to set the send time using 24 hour military style time instead of AM/PM.

Hi! I see you have added new editing functions, which is great. But the one thing you are still missing is a paintbrush, where you select a section of text with formatting you like, click on the paintbrush, then select a new section of text to duplicate the formatting (of course you know all about it!). I just wonder why you don't offer that when it's so super helpful in Word and Google Docs etc. It's probably my main go-to tool for formatting.

I would like to have a private landing page where only subscribers can access content. So you need to sign up to see the page. Goal, I will share webinars videos privately to my clients. The videos will be stored in my site or Private Youtube access. The subscriber need to signup/log in to access that page.

Folks, I believe it would be good to be able to download a complete list of all the IP addresses, dates, and times for the unique visits to my landing pages. Indeed, being able to download ALL the visits to the landing page will allow me to see who is visiting the page and how often.

When photos are "replaced" rather than "deleted" and then a new one added, if a link was attached to the original, it STAYS with the replaced photo. Not a good feature. An old link with an updated photo is a bad practice!

Contact data entry system - when I am inputting the data fields for each new person, and I scroll down to see the other sections included within the window... if I happen to scroll further down past the point than the "new contact" window has data/fields to display, it scrolls the background master list, therefore making a person have to stop and scroll again to find where they left off after the "wheel of fortune" lands wherever it feels like when the data is saved and the data entry window is closed. The data entry window is the active window when inputting/altering contact data... it should be the only window that can accept mouse commands. Is it to hard to disable input to the background while the active window is open, or at lease force the active window to accept all input until the contact file is saved?

On Contact page, it would be helpful if when you click in the search field, the current search is highlighted so the user can immediately begin to type in the next search. Currently you must either click the "x" to get rid of the current search or delete the search by multiple backspaces. Yes it's only one or a few keystrokes, but when you are doing many searches, it saves time & cuts down on frustration.
