non-profit reactivation of account

Non-profit often need to save money, so we deactivate the account when we don't need it. It is not easy to reactivate, since there is no trace of the non-profit status when we try to reactivate - so now I have to wait until someone replies to my message in order to prepay the 6 months I need. This should be made more straightforward in my opinion. Thank you!

Hi @MaddalenaD were you unable to see the "Are you a Non-Profit" link on the My Account page of your account? Does following these steps help fit your needs?
