What advice would you give to someone who is considering starting their own nonprofit organization?

You guys are the experts! Has anyone ever approached you and asked how you started a nonprofit? What's the best advice you ever received before starting? What can you share to those who are thinking about starting a nonprofit?

The best advice I ever received before starting my career was to always be authentically myself, learn how to self-advocate, and do what I do best because I already have the tools to do so!

So, what advice would you give to someone who is considering starting their own nonprofit organization?
