Error code 400 when updating card details for payment

Can anyone help, when trying to update our CC details with constant contact as its about to expire we keep getting an error code 400.

have tried to update the details by phoning their call centre a few times but they cannot do it either and keep telling me they will escalate the issue but then we dont hear back from them

very frustratin as its been 3 weeks of this now
