How do I delete a header message above the actual constant contact email?

One of our members noticed that on the upper left and outside of the actual constant contact email that he receives is the name of a fellow member and a blue dot. This blue dot member has nothing to do with the creation of the email. How do we get rid of this blue dot member's name?

Hello @BobM1 ,

I'm not seeing this information in the preview, editing, or test send views of your emails. It sounds like something the member's email client is adding to the email. Is this member seeing that info in every email client / app they have access to or just one in particular? Is this occurring with every email you send them, or just one in particular?
