LevelUp-247, Did you ever get a solution to this problem?..."HTML code and CSS tags- Showing in Order Email Notifications" I called tech support months ago. They acknowledged the problem and said they would get back to me. Never did. My store is essentially unuseable due to this problem, and I'm forced to close it if they can't/won't fix it.
