I have the same issue. YES Instagram is a profession account. The email address I log into Instagram is not the same as I use to log into Constant Contact. Does that matter? According to people I've spoken with at CC, my accounts are linked, but it is being denied for lack of API authority. I have also disconnected and reconnected our Instagram profile.
