As a business client the multiple addresses (Home, Work, Other) mapping and options is not a condusive/practical feature. Why is the option of a Work address offered when we can't 'map' it out between the various constant contact resources? There should be an option to select the address you need to connect with all the below. 1. Contact Columns. Address field populates to: HOME 2. Completing Sign-up Form on Website. Address field populates to: OTHER 3. Segment Criteria. Address field populates to HOME 4. Exporting Reports. Only Home & Other addresses are populated. Customer Support said to work around this we need to move all Work address to the contacts' Home address!!!! Am I missing something? Why even have Work Address box listed? Someone is thinking of the 'end user' when creating intergrations, etc. There should be something clearly posted/indicated that this is not possible!
