Currently in CC if you are sending a standard campaign you can toggle a setting to automatically resend an email to contacts who did not open the email after a few days. However, we do not have the option to segment Automated emails. This is very inconvenient. Because automated emails are ONGOING there is no way to create an email where you can resend an un opened Welcome email. Please update this feature ASAP. ... View more
