I was very disappointed with the knowledge that the support individuals had about the RSVP buttons in the action block plus. It took at least 6 individuals to figure out that adding apostrophes in the response buttons distorted those emails which were not gmail. This set me back at least three days from sending my event email out. This seems very basic, but most of the support group did not know this. This was very frustrating. Each person was pleasant but I question some of their knowledge.
