A lot of email programs are moving further and further from allowing embedded forms, unless they're made within their directly integrated systems (e.g. Gmail and Google Forms). The recommended methods of using icons, buttons, or text links to link to fuller, externally hosted surveys is considered the best practice to appease as many email programs and security programs as possible. ...
