Before I came to Constant Contact, I was with a different email server. They had a poor delivery rate, but a good feature they did have which increases "opens". That is that the resend was at the day (even less than 3 days) and time of your choice! So especially for those with clients in different time zone or continents, you want to send out you work asap, but a resend should be allowed at a different optimal time. This also will not awake those whose computers beep as emails arrive, causing unsubscribes. Thank you
