I just spoke with a woman named Amber and she was a big help in assisting me in sending out the law firm's newsletter. She pointed out what I was doing incorrectly so that I could get the contacts listed downloaded, and in the future I will know how to correctly download it. Thank you again, Amber.

I have been trying to speak to a representative from ConstantContact for two days now. I have held for up to 30 minutes. Today finally seemed to be connected but then call disconnected.. You need to be able to speak with someone when needed. It seems almost impossible to speak with a representative. Very frustrated on my end.

I had trouble today sending out my firm newsletter. I was on telephone calls with three different individuals from your , the first one got disconnected. The second call was not helpful and was actually confusing, and on my third call with Swetha, she was very helpful and got the problem solved.
