Hi there, Increase the number of Data Header Contact Fields - for uploading data to Constant Contact There are not enough header data fields when uploading data to Constant Contact - the following is what is needed. Title / Name / Surname / Business Name / House number or name / Street name / Locality name (if relevant) / City or town / Full postcode / Tel Number / Email Address / Other Please can this be changed it would be much better - many thanks.

The image compared Outlook 365 (desktop) and Apple Mail (mobile) so it's Apple Mail providing the inconsistency. I use the previous week's mailing as a template and edit it each time. To build from scratch each week would be hugely time intensive.

I recently had an issue where we had two contact entries for the same person with slightly different email addresses (the company had changed their email). I deleted one and tried to edit the other, but was restricted by CC with an error message that said 'this email address is already in your contacts'). I searched for this email address in every way I could, but never found it. So I deleted the entry and re-entered all the information. The entry re-appeared with all the previous engagement activity as if it was there all along! There must be a CC bug that loses some addresses in the system?

I also have this problem. I create a weekly mailing newsletter and often the font size in the mobile version has variations throughout - the desktop version is consistent - even though I laboriously go through every section formatting size and type. The font options in the Design sidebar never work - they never correct any errors in link colour/ type size/ font etc. You can see in the left image that the font size varies - this is the mobile rendering.

Hi, Would like some help or advice. I am trying to upload contacts via an excel file, and when the system gives me the option to match the fields, I am struggling to match the physical address of our contacts to CC. In the actual contact files, there are home, work and other fields for us to input their physical address. But when you want to upload a file, it only states Address (Street address line and so on). The question is if I select street address and so on, on the drop-down option when matching fields, where will that data go? Home, Work or other? I don't want to do it individually as I have over 500 of them to update. Any advice/ideas would be great Match field names options from contact details

Feedback to Constant Contact The new folder layout is terrible for users. Takes longer to find anything. Nothing seems to be able to be filed away. I'm not aware you asked users (your customers) about this before the change. Please provide the option for the original view - I am actively looking at other systems as this layout is unusable and we won't be staying with CC if you don't change it.

@Frankie_P, what's the timescale for this response, please? And could you provide some evidence that the click segmentation lists appear in the date order they were created, or signpost to where the switch is to turn this on? Thank you.

We've changed our office address and want to update this on every mailing we send. We know how to edit the footer. Does the mailing automatically update from the main office address? If so how many days does this take to process? Is there a manual way to pull through the main address to every mailing footer, even templates we have created? Do only brand new mailings pull through the address? thanks,

Thank you. I note that the original request goes back to 2017. How long does it take to implement a change? An alphabetical listing is fairly basic I would have thought. And somewhere else on this topic, a CC moderator response was that the list appears in date-created order. No, it doesn't. It's completely random and really needs fixing. Thanks.

Is there a reason why the lists appear in random order in the drop-down menu when you want to segment a link? I'm creating a link > I want to add a list for people to be added to when they click on the link. Instead of an alphabetical list or a list of lists in date order, I get a random jumble of contact lists which I have to search through to find the correct list to link to.

Could the list of items that pop up above the Click Segmentation option be ordered alphabetically? At the moment it is a completely random order of lists which makes no sense and takes ages to look through to find the right list to attach to.

I can see that this issue was raised 5 years ago. It looks like only a limited number of icons were added. Can you not include Vimeo and EventBrite please? Or preferably create a way of manually designing the row so users can add their own image + url.
