this feature used to be available but as you all so pleasantly point out - you've gotten rid of it..it's getting to a point where I am about to cancel my service with you. My company has been a customer with you all for many many years and this is just an utter disappointment. It has caused customer frustration and loss and wasted our time tremendously.
