I’m using Zapier to synchronize with Constant Contact all new contacts that I add to my customer relationship management software (17 Hats). I have a simple zap that just adds a contact to Constant Contact when I add one to 17 Hats. The Zapier team, when investigating an error, indicated to me that the Constant Conract API to Zapier is expecting the tag ID, not the tag name, for a new contact. Is this true? If so, can someone please tell me how I can determine the ID for all of my tags? The tag ID looks like a GUID to me. Thanks.
