Since the original post, header details (subject line and preheader) will appear on the scheduling page and Email Details page. At this time, the header details do not show on the preview or testing page. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
