As many people have commented the fact that we as paying customers can not contact you by e mail is a disgrace. You do not even publish details how a formal complaint can be made against you. I am closing my account after over 10 years.

Considering you specialise in helping clients contact people you are unbelievably difficult to contact. I want to make a formal complaint but I am struggling to find ypoir contact details.
