My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.   You are correct that the universal code currently connects all form types to your Constant Contact account and it is not possible to separate pop-up/flyout forms from inline forms on pages where the universal code is installed. We greatly appreciate your feedback about this functionality. We do have an open feature request for unique universal codes for pop-up, flyout and banner forms to allow for further customization of which forms appear on which pages of websites.
