Hi CC!   Even though I'm a gym/fitness studio I've been able to stay open in a very cautious part of the county (PNW) by having outdoor classes. One of my newer clients is a firefighter/paramedic and just went through a physical test to apply for a new station. It was his best performance ever!! The tester told him he's probably in the top 5% of physical shape for firefighters in the area. We are so proud of him!!   Also, a recent email I sent out to our wider general mailing list got a couple clients back who haven't been working out in a while.
