Our organization has grown to the point that we have multiple volunteers entering new members' email addresses into the database and creating sub-lists, etc. We need to not allow those volunteers to send rogue emails from our account, though. (Maliciously or not maliciously...the volunteers may think they're helping get out the word but they may know very little about our messaging.) Neither Account Manager nor Campaign Creator works for that. It's a big dilemma...so much so that I'm now going to go look at other companies to see if they DO have that capability.
