I have a few suggestions, hopefully one of these will meet your needs:
Using PressPlay's CTA-Gate, you could present viewers with a link to a signup form, such as one of our Lead Generation Landing Pages
I didn't see an indication on the PressPlay website how the leads collected via their Lead-Gate opt-in forms are made available to you: whether PressPlay offers access to the leads via an API. If so, it would be possible to write your own app as an intermediary; requesting the leads from PressPlay, then submitting them to Constant Contact via our API
As a PressPlay user, you could request that they build an integration with Constant Contact directly, utilizing our API to submit the captured leads
