Our product is ground transportation. A large portion of our business is taking people/groups to/from airports. If we send them a survey for their initial trip, CC isn't letting us send the same survey to the customer for the return trip, usually a few days later. Hope this helps. Please consider an option for those of us that want to use the survey function to get customer feedback for a product that is used frequently. Currrently, we cannot survey customers more than once unless we individually selected them thru Quicksend or change the survey slightly. We need an option that will allow us to do this daily and simply. We need to re-send the same customer survey to repeat customers.
