No matter how many times they say they are working on it, I can't believe they are. The page break comments go back at least 5 years. If other programs can figure out page breaks, not sure why CC can't. I would still recommend Canva. You can create your document in there, one page at a time, and still use CC to upload it to your contacts.    I got the same answer when I first asked about page breaks. They made it sound like they really were working on it and it would be right around the corner. 18 months later, with many hours invested in reformatting over and over again, I switched.    Good luck. Hi LeighB4   I used to download a preview and see where the breaks were. If they were awkward, I would add a little something or make the font smaller/larger to accommodate the page break. My newsletters are generally 4-5 pages long and it took a long time to move articles around or fiddle enough to keep items on one page without running to the next.    We ended up moving over to Cava to create our newsletters - SO MUCH EASIER. Once your Canva newsletter is created you can download it, print it, and still use Constant Contact to email it out to others.    I got tired of fighting with the NO PAGE BREAKS.  ... View more

In reading the comments from frustrated users of Constant Contact and their inability to rectify the page break issue (not being able to see or set page breaks when you want to print a nice looking PDF), I imagine almost all users know how to print a PDF or view it before printing. I have spent two years adjusting items in the templates, previewing, adjusting, so when I print the PDF all stories/articles end on a page and don't continue to the next. What a waste of time!!!   My solution? We have moved our newsletter writing over to Canva. Canva is a much better platform for creating newsletters. Hi Constant Contact Help Center and Community, I know this question has been asked several times over the course of several years, but I have yet to see it be resolved with a solution or fix. I am hopeful that you have a fantastic tech team that is working on this task.   I am in a position to design campaigns that will be emailed out to members but I also need to print off  downloaded PDFs. The problem is that when the PDF is downloaded, there are no clean page breaks. An article, paragraph, or list can be chopped at the bottom of one page and continue on the next. For many in your community, a more professional look is wanted with a topic or story being started and finished on a single page.    The only way I can achieve a clean printed copy, with each topic finishing on the page in which it begins, is to make a copy of a campaign, edit the content - changing text size, adding/deleting images, or moving about topics, etc., all so they fit on one page. Most of my campaigns are around six pages long. This process can take up to 10 copy and edits per campaign - a very tedious and time consuming process.    If there were a way to visualize where the page breaks would fall during the creation of the campaign, you would make this Constant Contact consumer, and a lot others, very happy.    Again, I am hoping you are tackling this process.    Thank you very much,  Monika Christensen ...
