This is the second form I've created and I know there is a settings pull down where I need to choose my list to put my contacts in for the form responses. I cannot navigate to this important content. I suggest you move it up to the design tab because that is not something I edited either time.

I thought it would be easy to click and post as sent in my email. This didn't work as expected so I just went with the flow and created a similar ad. I think the ad looks great and I'd be happy to post it on Facebook but the green checkmark will not populate under customize your ad and lead form. This is very disappointing.
