Specifically, I would like to automatically eliminate all Bounced - Recommended for Removal contacts from my segment. Right now, I have to create a Bounced list and then remove it from my send list. This is just a few extra steps but it can get annoying doing it over and over. Because we maintain our contact list in another CRM and then upload it to Constant Contact, deleting the 'Recommended for Removal' contacts will not do us any good and they will just be loaded right back in when I bring in the updated contacts from our CRM. ... Is it possible to create 'Smart Lists'? I would like to be able to create a list based on a set of rules. For example: A list containing all contacts from another list containing the words "Email List" Not Including any contacts with the Tag 'Bounce - Do Not Send'.
