After that complaint / Grumble - I'm happy to say that it worked. After creating the APP and getting the key and secret, I did have to do the " Get an access token and try the API here. and generate the required token from there. Bloom did not take the secret - it required a token. Once I generated an access token, Bloom Authorized the app with Ease.
