Hello @KevinO7667, Again this is a great idea! To achieve the look from the image provided by Kara, you do have to use a template from our Cross Device Editor. (It’s an editor that allows you to edit a campaign on a mobile device or tablet or on desktop computer.) It has several features from our existing editor and many features you find only within the Cross Device Editor/Templates.   When you add a poll to the Cross Device template you will see how the emoji image will appear in the middle of the answer button and there is no Select to the right. In regard to your specific questions while using the Third Generation Editor: You cannot move the emojis closer to the Select buttons. You cannot remove the Select buttons. In both editors, the answer choices do have to be stacked rather than placed next to each other.   ... View more
