I took a look in your account and when you select the Automated Email's title, you will then see the list name you attached to this at the top. You will also see that you have it set to send immediately after someone joins that list, so it should show people in the queue a few minutes after you have added new contacts to the list. Hello @EddieM897,   The Welcome Email will be used primarily for brand new customers that sign-up through a form made with our services or elsewhere. If you want it be sent to customers who are added manually or were existing in the account, you will want to create an Automated List Join Series. Thanks!  ... View more

Hello @EddieM897 ,   Welcome emails are one of the available automation types, however they only apply to contacts that sign up through a list, rather than be added to one via file upload, contact move, integration sync, etc. For welcome emails that trigger off of manual list additions, or to have multiple active at once, we'd suggest using single-step automation series for those. ... Hello @EddieM897 ,   In the preview, are there any email addresses showing up in the column you've marked for email? In the file itself, are there any erroneous spaces before or after the address in those first several cells (or all of them)?   Beyond that, we'd need to take a look at the file itself.
