It looks like the avs misspelled email address is currently being used as the Reply-To email, which may be preventing its deletion from your Settings. I'd recommend copying or creating an email, and editing the header to select the proper reply-to. If you continue to have issues deleting the address after that, I'd recommend calling in so the phone agents can securely handle the removal of that bad address on our back-end.
